JRUK Training days - really great fun, but also challenging!
PDM's/SSCo's - we are happy to work with your Sports Partnership to provide you with a format which suits your ideas! Here are a few of the options that we offer:
- A full day of jumping rope - teaching the basic techniques and tricks of 'jump rope' - presented as continuous, 50 minute coaching classes - formatted around the school day - to include a minimum of 2 of our Jump Rope UK coaches - this allows much better 1-on-1 time = faster progress / results / achievement - this means we'll be able to teach all students a brand new skills set. Price includes tutorial literature and DVD. Number of students dependant on area. 6 classes /day. Price £300.00
- As above but with the last session of the day teaching the specials skills required for 'double-dutch' [team] style jump rope - we can teach up to 12 students in this type of class - again to include a minimum of 2 Jump Rope UK coaches. Price £300.00
- Half days - formatted as above, again with 2 of our coaches - allowing for 3 /4 individual coaching sessions. Price: £180.00
- BRSA [British Rope Skipping Association] Coaching courses - yes we can 'teach the teachers' - Level One [basic] - Level 2 [inter] - Level 3 [advanced]. These are BRSA [British Rope Skipping Association] accredited qualifications and are recognised by both the European [ERSO] and World [FISAC] Jump Rope Organisations. We are the only UK Company able to provide this service. Price: £200 per person - each course lasts for 2 days.
- BRSA sanctioned and formatted jump rope competition days - we can organise and run a competitive jump rope event on your behalf. Price on Application.
- We can help you with a 'festival event' providing musical team demonstrations - incorporating single, partner and Double-Dutch jump rope techniques. Price on application.
Serious reminder - our training days are 'flexible format' and will be designed to suit your needs.
